PRIME PRODUCTS welcomes Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff’s Inmate Training & Education Bureau to our state-of-the-art production warehouse, located in the sales tax-free state of Delaware. Manufacturing oils is our only business, and corrections facilities throughout the nation are our only customers! The oils we manufacture include only the highest quality ingredients available. Meeting security and religious needs, our oils DO NOT contain any alcohol or animal by-products.
PRIME PRODUCTS smooth, swift process begins the minute a team member receives an order either via an inmate’s order or family member’s credit card or check. Orders will be processed and shipped every Tuesday.

History of Body Oils
As in ancient times, people throughout the world continue to use fragrant body oils for a multitude of personal reasons.
